Thanks for that - I noticed it was locked. I was actually going to ask for that to be done, and if it would be the right thing to do.

Also, before locking, I was thinking of "bumping" it, but I'm not one to do that just so people can read my thread, but I was thinking about it.

I'll see if I can swing by again this week - if I have something more to update, I'll work it through you if that's okay.

Thank-you for you suggestion yesterday to contact Ryan regarding my problems with not being able to log into my UU+ account, but I have not been able to make contact with him. Is there something you may be able to suggest for me to do in order to get ahold of him? Thanks!
