So... do you guys blog in a particular place? Or just keep one somewhere?
Some of us blog in the weekly threads, some blog on a seperate blog. I am planning on makeing a sparkpeople group (if I can figure it out) so people can join there. It helps with keeping track of whatnot, and also added community options...

I would prefer no shirt for guys and and something decent for ladies with shorts. If you check out body for life you will see what they do. The reason why is I have another prize (didn't tell JT or anyone about) that I want to give to most changed. Not based on numbers but appearance. Does that make sense? Example is that i can lose 80 pounds but someone like valerie may only lose a total of 10 (-20 pounds of fat +10 lbs of muscle) but her look might be more transfered than mine.

oh you know I'm in. I need to go buy a scale though. Anyone have one that is reasonably priced yet accurate? I wonder if the work out room here at my apt complex has a scale in it. that would be awesome!!
