Hey I just saw this, can I still get in on this?

I want to drop 30 lbs (or get to 200/190 ish, whichever comes first) by years end (dec 31 2010) to be in better hockey shape. I go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week but my diet sucks. Anyway, even if its too late, ill be shadowing you all and doing it anyway.
